Every thing in my pc is properly plugged in and set up to use but when I put a HDMI cable in, on my TV it just says no HDMI cable signal and it does this for both slots in my TV and my GPU and processor HDMI slot. Any suggestions would be great thank you!

Nah you shouldn't need one though it will eliminate more possible problems. Just go ahead and try the steps that I listed and let me know if those work. You should be able to use your TV for that no problem. Give a shout if you have any questions!

Well, first question I would ask: Do you have a monitor you can test it on? Like a true computer monitor?

What I would try first, monitor/tv regardless, is to plug the HDMI cable into the motherboards HDMI slot if there is one, so that the monitor can/will at least show bios settings. When you have the cable running from the motherboard to the monitor, turn the computer on, and wait a few seconds. A message should appear on the display that says something like "press such and such key for bios". Do that and enter the bios settings for the motherboard.

BE VERY CAREFUL NOW. I'm not sure how much experience you've had with BIOS settings but if you don't know what you are doing don't mess with anything. All you have to do is find the Video Configuration setting (usually under something like "advanced" in BIOS. Once you have found the Video Configuration selector, choose the PCI-Express Graphics option (PCIe GPU) and press enter. Make sure BIOS settings have been saved, and power off your computer.

Finally, switch the HDMI cable back over to your GPU (either slot) it should allow you to see your Windows or your boot device options, as well as display everything through the GPU from now on.

Let me know if this does not work or if you have questions.
