I have an AMD 7850 and i bought a new AMD R9 380, also bought a new 700watt bronze psu by EVGA, I noticed that when unplugging the R9 380, the PC will boot up using the onboard graphics card without problems, but once the two 6 pins are connected, the monitor gets no display from either of them. (graphics card and onboard graphics)

Ive tried various things, such as uninstalling all old graphic drivers, and just trying different monitors to see if its issue with monitor. Clearly the R9 380 is preventing the pc from booting up.

Solution
Might not be compatible with old PCs or some OEM models such as DELL, HP.
PCI Express 2.0 or higher version based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot.
Possibly your BIOS may have a newer version.
