New pc blue screens after windows logo

1 second after the windows logo shows it crashes, it even crashes while trying to boot into safe mode.
This pc was just built today (reused HDD)
Ryzen 5 1400
2x4 ddr4 8 gb ram
1060 3gb

Sounds like a clean install might work. Put in your bootable USB drive and go into your bios (Usually DEL button, if not try F11 or 12). Just Re-Install windows like you normally would and when it asks you for a product key, press 'Activate when I go online'
Let windows do it's thing and boot up normally. You can then search for Windows 7 Loader Via Google and activate windows doing that way OR just buy Windows 7 haha.

Get your product key first, otherwise you can not activate the system. Do you save the record when buying Win7?
