best CPU cooler for the system

I am currently finishing up my computer build and i was wondering how much ram i should have and what speed should i use,Also any ideas on what cpu cooler to use. I only use this for gaming. This is my set up so far

AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte - GA-AX370-Gaming K7 ATX AM4 Motherboard
Western Digital - Green 240GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
with another HD as well for storage not m.2
Asus - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card
Thermaltake - View 31 TG RGB ATX Mid Tower Case
SeaSonic - PRIME Titanium 750W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

I have all the parts but Ram and M.2 drive already assembled and installed i have just heard so many different opinions on your ram and cpu coolers

The stock cooler that comes with the R5 1600 not X is supposed to be very decent allowing for moderate overclocking so not really worth it to buy an extra cooler for a small increase in performance unless you go closed loop watercooling like
Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240.
