I want to upgrade ram.

Hello I am in need for some help in upgrading ram!

I have 2*4gb kingston hyperx fury blue 1866mhz - seen by https://i.imgur.com/RH1esog.png

I am recently having some trouble with a lack of ram when gaming so here I am asking for help :)

If I were to upgrade my ram would buying a set of 8gb*2 1866mhz hyperx fury black cause any problems or downside to my rig? is it even upgradeable in that sense or should I just removed my set of 4gb's and stick with the two new 8gb's I will buy? (my motherboard is z97-progamer)

Memory manufacturers only guarantee rated specifications on memory to be obtainable in the form the kit is sold in. Adding extra memory, multiple kits are not guaranteed to be compatible.

No CPU is listed, whether or not you are overclocking system, or what game causes you a problem with 8GB of RAM. Without knowing CPU or if you plan on overclocking, I wouldn't know what would be suitable for your system.

I am currently using i5 4690k and I have no knowledge on overclocking hence I don't think I will be overclocking anything.

All I wanted to know was I have 2x 4gb of hyperx fury if I add 2x 8gb hyperx fury with the same mhz and timings(dunno what this is) would it clash and cause problems if yes I will just remove the 2x 4gb ram and insert the 2x 8gb ram I am planning to purchase
