Should I pick a GPU model with two or more fans?

I'm just a guy trying to get a decent lower-end GPU (RX 560) and theres a few different manufacturing versions of it. The one I was initially going to get (Gigabyte 2GB version) has two fans, but the MSI 4GB one is smaller and only has a single fan

Don't GPU's with two fans have longer lifespans? Does anyone know if the MSI one makes up for it with a larger heat sink? (and therefore doesn't need another fan?) or does the gigabyte one have two fans because it's intended to be overclocked? idk, not sure if this is a really stupid question. Just wanna be sure before I buy.

Solution
That GPU doesn't put out enough heat for it to make that much of a difference, I wouldn't worry about it if you have a decent amount of airflow in your case.

Ah, alright. Thanks for the answer.

Off-topic - What is the point of having more GDDR5 / GPU RAM? Is it only so I can load higher resolution textures / loads of textures when in-game? (If so then it's kinda pointless for me to get more than 2GB)
