Hello I want to build a pc for gaming and editing. Would be great if you guys can help me in what should I buy. I'm just editing/gaming for hobby, no hardcore editing, my budget is 1,500 usd (excluding monitor, keyboard, mouse and software)
Well, if you aren't concerned about looks or noise levels you can get yourself a pretty good 4k gaming/editing rig. The Zotac 1080ti mini runs a little hot, and is probably a bit louder than some of the other 1080ti's.
Wait a week, Coffelake is coming out on Oct 5 and will have 6 core i5's. I would probably look at the i5-8400, a decent motherboard and 16gb of RAM. I would suggest these as your other parts.

Since you mentioned "no hardcore editing" and only game and edit as a hobby, this should suffice (for 1080p-resolution/60Hz monitor):
If you have or are looking to get a 1440p/60Hz+ monitor, you may bump up the Video Card to the next higher-tiered GPU such as the GTX 1070 or the GTX 1080 (note that prices of the GTX 1070 are still high, so, you may want to get the GTX 1080 instead).

This is a nice build. I have a few builds of various levels and I think this is the sweet spot. Anything more than this is diminishing returns, which is irrelevant if you're an enthusiast but as far as bang for your buck in 2017...this is a nice spot to be in.
Can you tell us what monitor setup you'll be using with this build? For $1500, you could get a Coffee Lake build, that'll be suitable for high refresh rate gaming, like for 1080p 144+ Hz. The following build would be ideal for a 1440p 60 Hz gaming build:
