Bad Airflow/Cooling in my System?

I apologize if I miss a couple of things, I'm quite eager to get down to the bottom of this. Recently, about 6 months ago, I bought a computer from a guy who had barely used it for a year. It was in good shape, and had a very good price. I have continued to upgrade, and here are my specifications:

Asrock X99 Fatal1ty Professional/3.1 - BIOS v(P3.30)
Silverstone Strider Essential 600w 80+ Bronze
Intel Core i7-5820k @4.2GHz, 1.23v (stock 3.3GHz)
EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 Superclocked, ACX 3.0 - core clock: ~+115, memory clock: +550
AMD R7 Performance Series Ram (4x4GB, DDR4-2133)
Samsung 850 Evo 500GB SSD
Western Digital (WD10JPVT-22) 1TB HDD
NZXT Kraken x31 AIO Liquid Cooler
INWIN GRone Full ATX Case (Black and Red)

So here's the real problem. After the initial boot, Idle temps for my CPU AND GPU are fine. My 5820k sits at around 35 idle, and my 1080 sits around 45-55 (Fans disable under 60c). So, here we are booting up Battlefield 1, and 30 minutes into the game, it seems as if the room had heated up 15 degrees. It leaves me frustrated, although I know high end PCs are supposed to give off heat. A lot of it. Temps are also fine in my case until heavy load. The max temperatures for my CPU under 100% is around 75c, which I know is fine, but shouldn't it be performing a bit better with a watercooler? I mean, I see people hit idles of 25 and max temps of 50 throughout load. By the end of the hot 1 hour of gaming, I do not even want to begin to try again. My PC is under my desk, but I have no room to bring it atop. The following is a diagram of my computer showing the current airflow. These fans have not changed positions once since I purchased the PC:

Sometimes my PC gets too hot, and my CPU radiator fan rattles. Yes, rattles. No, it's not the top of the case, I have physically taken the fan out and found out myself. I'm not too sure if NZXT is able to replace it, I do not have the box. Anyways, just another problem if anyone can help here.

The gray represents normal fans, the light blue represents My CPU Cooler radiator & fan, and the blue arrows are the airflow paths. The bottom right two don't seem to do much at all, they are behind the drive bay. The bottom fan with a red "X" is disabled, but I can mount it anywhere if needed. If needed, my PSU fan is facing up. My PC gets incredibly hot sometimes, and I think that something in there is not really how it should be. Thanks in advance for anyone wanting to help.

Solution
Water cooling is really air cooling.
The difference is where the heat exchange takes place.

Your X31 is not a particularly effective cooler either.
Your diagram shows the intake from inside of the case with hotter air.
The cpu will be cooled better if the intake is from outside, but the downside is that your motherboard and graphics card will be hotter.
Pick your poison.
Your 5820K is a relatively hot 125w processor. More with overclocking.
Your graphics card draws perhaps 200w or more.
That heat is going to escape into your room.
Open a window or something.

AOI coolers will need stronger and noisier fans.
If you are so inclined, I might suggest a Noctua NH-D15s would be quieter and cool your cpu better.

For now, I will put the intake on the outside. In the meantime, I guess I might even purchase the Noctua cooler if things don't end up how I like. I know some unbearable heat comes from some gaming PCs, but I recently switched and never knew how much. I appreciate your answer, I will definitely consider the cooler if all else fails.
