Hi guys
II chose an Gigabyte (motherboard B250m Gaming 3) 1151 socket motherboard which support 2400/2133MHz bus speed DDR4 ram. But i'm using corsair 8GB 3200MHz bus speed ram.
I am confused that this over speed ram does effect on my motherboard ?
Please answer logical answer.

That's an explanation for an unstable oc. That does not explain the effects of going over the stock speed which is none within a safe range. But that b250 mobo cannot oc ram so it's impossible to run at 3200 anyways. The ram has stock ddr4 profiles for compatibility and will run at stock speeds. Ram does not auto oc itself so even if the mobo could run those speeds, you'd have to set it.

Yes, It is not a good idea to go over your recommended speed. This may result on only one of your ram slots to detect, booting issues, Blue screen of death.
Good idea it is to go to your BIOS and under-clock it.
