Hi, I am thinking of buying some Be Quiet Silent Wings 3 fans, and am trying to decide between the standard ones and the high speed ones.
My question is (and this may be a silly question); would the high speed fans produce the same amount of noise and the standard ones if they were running at the same rpm?
