Solution
Update to the latest bios. Reset all to defaults. Try one stick of ram at a time. Have you tried running memtest86? If so run that work only 1 stick at a time in, which could help tell if you have a bad stick.

The ASRock A320M Pro 4 and the A350M Pro 4 both require that the ram is installed in specific slots depending on the type and speed. My son and I have been fighting this for months and just realized that this was our problem.

We had G.Skill Ripjaw 'single rank' DDR4-2400 in slots A1 and A2, and didn't notice that the UEFI 'bios' was reading it as DDR4-2133 in single channel mode. The machine was constantly hardlocking.

We swapped the ram to slots A2 and B2 per the instruction sheet (failed to properly RTFM). The UEFI now correctly reads DDR4-2400 in Dual Channel mode. Lockups seem to be gone.

Unless you specifically down-clocked your RAM to the speed in your original post, I suspect that this is your problem.
