I had to press it a few times so it would start up and when it did the time and date settings would mess up ... Today my pc wont start at all .. I press the start button and for a brife moment the system gets power and then it shuts down right away ... I opend up my system and i see that there is no CMOC battery on it ... Any suggestions?

Ya, put in a CMOS battery as that is why your not getting time and could be the reason for pc not booting properly as I have seen that be the issue before. If this doesn't solve it, let me know and we still go through the normal trouble shooting channels.

The CMOS / BIOS will not have any way to remember any hardware configurations, or date/ time. CMOS battery is essential for the system to funtion. The battery should be something like a CR2032 but post up your board manufacturer and we can make sure.
