OC Ryzen 3 1200 help please

The w that brings a ryzen 1200 are 65w and can be made OC up to 3.6 ghz without touching voltage parameters. my question is, if you do not touch voltages to be at 3.6 ghz will still occupy 65w the ryzen? would it rise to more than 65w?

I don't think it could pass the 65w mark only rare case scenario under stress test but is more likely that it will stay under it
