What are recommended temps and vcore

Hello,

I recently got a 7700k and was wondering what you guys would recommend for safe temps and the highest vcore you would suggest.

I have an 240 AIO and right now without changing any settings I get around 30-40C idle and during cinebench it goes to 70-75C

1.4v is the limit. The 7700K also has weird issues sometimes at stock speeds where the voltage is too high at stock, so overclock might actually lower temps.

For intel cpus, you don't want them going higher than 75-80C. I think 1.4v is the max safe vcore, though that could be conservative.
Either way, you want both of those to be as low as you can get away with.

I have been trying to oc it, but for some reason when i set vcore in hw Monitor it says it is a lot higher.
