Ok, so i have just upgraded my GPU to an RX560 4gb,
Having then loaded up Pes 2018 the performance hasn't improved one little bit over my HD6950.
My mobo is a M5A78L-M/USB3
and my CPU is an FX8120.
Do i need a better CPU? if so whats the best i can get for this mobo?
Also checking the coretemp program it seems my core speeds fluctuate all the time, the multiplier seems to change from x7 to x17 a lot.
is that normal? I thought the processor speed would stay steady...
