So, my PC:
I7-4790k (no overclock)
GTX 1060 3gb
8gb RAM
Msi gaming 3
Ssd + hd for storage (games on hd)
Since I've build my PC it freezes at games that should run smoothly. Like cs:go at Max. But the weird thing is that fps is fine, but when something happens like I get shot or killed it freezes for a few seconds and then returns, like it's loading an animation or something. I've checked and with my current heatsink (Intel stock (yeah, I know)) it does throttle down but only in stress test, in-game it doesn't.
I really think is hardware issue since I've already formatted my PC and it didn't solved the problem, can someone please help me?
