how can i install a printer via GPO?

Requirements:
TCP/IP
Local not shared through a server

i get stuck on printer path. the printer is shared on a server. but i dont want to install a shared printer. i want to install the printer locally via tcp/ip through gpo.

UPDATE:

I got one printer to install. after the first one installed i used edit on the same GPO to add a second printer. the second one did not add even though it is listed right under the first entry in the GPO.

Computer Config > Preferences> control panel settings>printers.

both printers are setup the same way apart from i.p address and printer path. printer path is the same server just different printer name.
