Hello everyone,
I'm currently buying a new custom-built PC, and I was wondering if anyone could find me a good budget-friendly graphics card that would run 4k at low or meduim settings. I can bear with going to 30 FPS but not lower than that. I will be getting an AMD Ryzen 5 1600. If you have any other inquiries about the hardware of this PC, do not hesitate to ask.
Thanks for your support. All answers are appreciated.

^ indeed you can , its exactly what I do myself.
In that respect the 1060 is a good choice.

A lot of older titles or not so gpu intensive ones you can actually run at 4k native with a 1060.

Just not the newer AAA stuff you listed .

I'd say the absolute lowest you can go is a 1060 6gb. My first thought was a 1050ti but it doesn't have as much VRAM and at 4k, even on the lowest settings, you probably will drop below 30 fps on occasion. It depends on the games you're going to play.

Question from Khaloodi : "Looking For The Most Budget Graphics Card Available That Would Run 4k At The Lowest Settings At 30+ FPS"

AMD card consumes more energy and does not bring any performance improvement even with AMD cpu. 1060 6gb~ 580. 1070~Vega56

A 1060 6gb will manage 30fps at medium settings the majority of titles.
I beg the question though why??

You can still game at 1080p on a 4k screen if you like & it makes more sense

I certainly wouldn't be happy with anything less than 50fps minimum on any of those titles you've listed , & on low settings they'll look utter tosh.

Nice idea, I like it, but I'll continue with trying to find something suitable for 4k.

Nice point. And actually, what you said earlier seems correct. I can play games on 1080p/1440p and then watch movies and things like that on 4k.
