Specs:
Intel Q77 (MOTHERBOARD)
I3-2100 (CPU)
4GB (RAM)
PEARL 550 / SP-ATX-550Z-PPFC-L (PSU)
The computer simply won't boot when i put R7 250 in.
Display shows black. Won't even turn the monitor on.
I deinstalled Intel Graphics.
I took the computer apart and put it back together but still nothing.
Is the problem my PSU or Motherboard?
Do i need to update my BIOS?
