What part Should I upgrade first?

I'm currently running a 4690k and a gtx 960 and I feel like my Pc can't handle the games I want to play, which part should I upgrade first?

The i7 8700k 6 core will be about $350, Z370 $150, and 16GB's 3200 RAM for $140. $640 is more than enough for an upgrade of those 3 parts. If the old cooler cant handle the i7-8700Kget the Cryorig H5 for $42. On launch day you may find some good combo deals. You could save $100 with the i5-8600k 6 core. Put that saving toward a GTX2060 next year. Here is some new information on the new CPU's. Your CPU is slower than the i3-8350k quad core coming for $168 so either the i5 or i7 would make a great CPU upgrade.

If you want to go with the GPU first get a 1080 and a new PSU.

Your GTX960 is only about as fast as the 1050ti and the CPU is about to be as slow as the slowest coffee lake i3. Nvidia should be coming early next here with the 2060 and or lower the price of the 1070 to $339. If you can get a 1070 then it would be a good upgrade over the 1050ti level performance. This or get the new i5-8600k, with a Z370, and 16GB's of RAM.

I'm really finding myself stuck between going all in and getting new LGA 1151 motherboard, i7 6700k and some ddr4 ram, and then have a shit gpu for some time . Or get a 1070 and have a shit CPU for some time
