I'm looking Forbes a car that has tempered glass, not too many fan spaces and can show fan led's on the front of that case. I can't seem to find one that fits my needs, I would like this to stand outnumber in my
Living room.
I have seen them but I found them a bit too '"blingy" especially for a living room ... last thing I want when watching a movie in dim lighting is a bunch of "Flashie lightie" things.

Tempered glass, LEDs etc do not generally go with the "living room" type aesthetic that's usually marketed.
There are options, but without knowing what kind of size you want, components you want to house in it, noise levels you expect etc - the question is a little too vague unfortunateyl.
There's nice INWIN and Lian LI options, supporting mITX form factors..... but they're pretty pricey. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811108457

It's all about personal preference. If you watch TV in the dark, then you're going to be annoyed by flashing lights. I watch TV in a semi-lit room, and I say bring on the blinkies.
I'm building my current living room machine; Ryzen 3 1200 in an In Win 303 case with the Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 RGB fans (TT Premium Edition). The photo actually makes them look brighter than they are.
Which part of the case is going to face into the room. You mention front-facing fans, but also tempered glass, which is going to be on the side.
I would like something like corsairs but its kinda pricey. And someone did say they would rather watch than to see blaring led's which i agree with so i would like a case with a nice tempered glass side i was thinking about this one which i really like
