Pc black screens after launching game

I just bought bo3 last night and when I tried to run the game it looked like it was going to work then it black screened and I was unable to move the move or press any button on the keyboard. So far it has happened with csgo and bo3. The only game that will run is bo3 at the moment without black screening.

CPU:I5 6500
Motherboard:Msi b150i gaming pro ac
Gpu:Rx 480 red devil
Ram:16 gb
Psu:Corsair vs400
Hdd:500gb

It sounds like a driver issue, and a clean install of your display drivers might fix it

Run DDU in safe mode: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Then, once removed/rebooted, reinstall your AMD drivers for the GPU.

Saying that though, the VS400 isn't exactly a great PSU, and a 480 can draw a bit north of 150W at load..... so may be (part of) the problem.

So after I try a fresh install of my display drivers if the problem continues would it be my power supply? This problem occurred after I did a fresh install of windows I wasn’t having the problem before I did the fresh install if that makes a difference.
