First I would like to say that english isn't my main language, sorry for any mistake.
The internet in my laptop loads pages very slow and some programs like steam, battlenet, windows update, geforce experience does not load or gets an error saying that I need to be connected. But I still can download at the max speed that my connection allow and watch videos on youtube.
I reinstalled the Windows, tried to disable firewall/antivirus, connect the cable from my laptop to modem but the problem persist.
However if I turn on mobile hotspot in my smartphone and connect my laptop to my phone it works just fine. How do I fix it?
