u should start worrying when the temps reach 80~
below that is still pretty much normal (though if u're using a liquid cooler / water cooler u might need to worry)

At 83c and below everything is peachy. At 83~92c is touch and go but over 92c is time to get worried. The 83c is when the GPU should start throttle to protect itself. The card should stop working at 92c. If you ever hit 100c plus stop as it could kill the card.
