I have 16gb of ddr4 1600mhz memory in the form of 4x4gb sticks. Although, it recognizes all 16gb it only uses 8gb. Whenever I try to play an intensive game like The Division, Call of Duty WW2, or PUBG, the game crashes and a popup appears saying I am short on memory and I need to close the following programs before any memory is lost,even if I play the game on the lowest possible settings and resolution. Even though games like Overwatch, World of Warcraft, and CS:GO work perfectly fine unless I have a YouTube browser open in the back or something. I have a feeling it might be an issue with the motherboard. Can someone please help?
