I'm deciding if I should get the HD 7850 1gb vs 2gb. I'm going to play relatively easy games, Star Wars Battlefront 2 being the exception. The 2gb is $50, and 1gb is $30.

I'd get the 2gb version if you intend to play at 1080p. For a game like SW BF2, you should consider 2gb vram to be the MINIMUM you need for 1080p gaming, and even then it won't be at high or ultra settings. It's worth the extra $20.
