New Web browsing desktop

I am looking to build my wife a new desktop to browse the web, light word processing etc. No gaming. Her old system is about 10 years old and stil has XP on it. I don't think it has the hardware muscle for 10. Now that I got a new NAS a few months back I don't need the XP system any longer (I needed one to control the old box and it was easier than a Virtual environment)

I am looking more bang for the buck than a specific budget. So if spending a few bucks more would be worth it for here enjoyment of the system I will. I am keeping the peripherals including case (mid tower), monitor (24 inch 1080) keyboard, keyboard, mouse, a few old hardrives for storage and of course the nas. The case does not have USB 3.0

Here is where I am at so far
pcpartpicker Web computer no psu no case
I am having problems picking a power supply. I am looking at 550 units thinking it would make a good backup for checking other computers if another unit fails but I now that is such a waste because the efficiency always sucks at the low draw this unit will be at. I was hoping for a modular unit. I suppose I could get another Antec greenwatts unit and hope for another 10 years (the original psu).

This will do what you need while remaining on the small side too.

If you're looking for bang for your buck, I would go with a Ryzen R3 1200 over a Pentium G4400.

Only thing I would change is the M.2 drive. TLC flash has a poor endurance rating when compared to MLC flash so if you are looking for another 10 years of use I would go with one from the Samsung 960 evo series and get 10-20x more life from the drive.
