I have been having problems getting help with this problem as I have already posted something like this 2 times and I get some replies but no one follows through with me until the problem is solved. Anyways, my system crashes randomly when playing rocket league. I thought I had the problem fixed after seeing the update for the gpu (1080 ti founders edition with i7-7700K no overclocking yet). I went into event viewer and same error, which is ATKEX_cmd.exe. Source is application and ID is 1000. People suggested I remove this software since it is just my sound for the gpu. I have external speakers connected to motherboard sound, so I wouldn't need this software anyways. However, no one told me how to remove it as I tried with software and it failed to remove it as it just keep having me restart my computer even though the program said I would only have to do it twice. I forgot what the program name was but I did manage to disable it but then sound doesn't work from my speakers. I thought people said it was just for the gpu? Is the ATEX_cmd different from the realex audio driver? I know the program is causing my to crash because I see an error there at the same moment my sytem crashed. How can I still get sound and stop crashing? Can someone please explain what exactly is ATKEX_cmd is vs realex audio driver. Which one controls my actual sound for the speakers? When it crashes, I can't hear sound and screen goes black and can't get signal. It only crashes when I am in game and I haven't overclocked yet. My temps are fine.

What? I "get all of hose on you board maker" and get date and version? What is a hose? Did you mean my motherboard manufacturer and some link from their site? Also what is ATKEX_cmd compared to realex audio driver? Honestly, I am just more confused now. Can someone please explain and list the steps?

NIC is what again? Also, is the realic audtio driver the one I need to remove or is ATKEX_cmd something different? What is both of them? If the realtic driver is the one I need to remove, then how do I remove it as it doesn't work with control panel and it just keeps popping back up and reinstalling? Is the realex driver the sound driver for the gpu or is that ATKEX_cmd or they same thing? Is my gpu not even a part of this and is all dealing with motherboard and sound driver? Is there a separate driver for my speakers or is that controlled all my the realex or ATKEX_cmd? You can see I am very confused as no one is answering all my questions.

What about my other questions? Also does re downloading from the motherboard manufacturers website remove my old and install the new or is there still traces or the previous driver? How do I know if it is corrupted or not?

My gpu is like brand new as I just got it basically, so idk why it would be that but its possible. My specs is: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nhzKwV. I know it says there is possibility of not working because of kaby lake processor that I am using, but I updated the bios so it works with the i7-7700k and it does obviously. I have not overclocked the cpu yet and havn't OC the gpu either. Is there like a gpu test I could do other than swap it into another system? Like software wise?

So I did the checking for bad sectors and no errors. I don't think the psu would go off under load because interestingly enough, I can play doom all day without any crashes, unlike rocket league. I think doom would draw more power than rocket league would.
