Are this CPU and this GPU a good combination?

Does the Intel 1151 Core i7 7700 3.6 GHz Box 65 W - Kabylake work good with Nvidia GF GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 Gainward?

Or should I go for a different combination?

I should mention that I am kinda in the dark here.

Its a good combination and you can go for it if you are getting a good deal. Else you can wait for the more powerful, next gen. 8700 launching on 5th October.
