Low frame rates on high intensity games, despite have a good GPU and CPP, HELP PLEASE, what do i do?

Hello, everyone,


I recently bought a Gigabyte GTX 1060 3gb, and about a month and a half ago I bought an AMD FX 8370E. When I play most games, I can run at high or Ultra settings. However, in some higher intensity games and other 3D rendering apps such as Adobe After Effects, I get framerate drops. The most prominent example of this is when I play Battlefield 1. I have the recommended specifications for it, yet I get framerate issues dropping as low as 36-47 FPS. I am not familiar with GPU or CPU bottlenecks, so I wonder if that is the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.


My Computer Specifications are as follows:

Gigabyte GTX 10603gb

AMD FX 8370e

16 Gb of Ram

MSI Gaming 970 Motherboard

One Terabyte WD Hard Drive

Sadly the AMD FX series have a hard time providing stable FPS, they can give you a high value one moment (speaking in microseconds) and then severely drop to the next one delivering a not so ideal gaming experience.

Their performance will vary greatly from game to game depending on the game's engine, on BF1 I remember my FX-8320 reaching 100+fps while looking at one place, looking to another place it would yield me low 30s, you can't expect much from it sadly.

The AMD 8370E isn't that old and is supposedly pretty good. I don't know why ti shappens with battlefield 1, in the battlefront 2 Beta I was getting 75 plus FPS, an same with most other games on my PC.
