Can anybody help a first time builder out? I am having Posting issues with my B350 Tomahawk

No post some times with the tomahawk b350? I have been have issues with posting ever since i got it. anybody have any idea what it could be? For a post the debug lights go in this order CPU then Dram quick flash then after 2-3 seconds the boot light comes on and the system posts. But the problem i have is the CPU then the Dram come on and then nothing the board just sits there on, but no boot. Is there something i am doing wrong, I am new to pc building and i have no idea if this is common or not.

Tomahawk B350
Ryzen 5 1600
2x4GB of 3000Mhz ddr4 ram
GTX 1060 6GB
EVGA 750w Bronze

So my mother board did not come with the thing that beeps and i know that it is not a display issue, because my keyboard does not light up. I tried the ram before and it did not help.
