So it seems out of nowhere my internet speed on just one computer has randomly tanked. Speedtest.net says that I get around 0.2-0.5 Mbps download and 1.03 Mbps upload.

I've already tried multiple fixes such as running a full system virus scan, and running malwarebytes and hitman pro to see if it was a virus causing the slowness. But no threats were found.
Then I tried to reinstall my LAN driver from my motherboards website, also didn't work.
I tried switching my ipv4 DNS to the google public one (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4). Also didn't work.

My router is the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900.

My PC is the only one in the house with this horrific internet speed. The others getting over 30 Mbps on speedtest.net.

Now I'm completely lost at what the problem could be and need some help.
Thanks in advance.

Windows 10? Run the built in Network trouble shooters. The trouble shooters may find and fix something.

Have you tried another known working Ethernet cable (or cables as applicable) between your PC and the router?

Is your PC connected using Ethernet wall jacks or powerline adapters? Both can be problematic. If either is being used try temporarily bypassing them and test the speeds. You may need a long Ethernet cable.....

Who has admin rights to the Nighthawk router?

Your LAN adapter must be configured to match the router. Automatic configuration can work but manually setting the configuration can resolve such issues. Or vice versa - manual to automatic.
