I feel like its a corrupt driver somewhere that isn't running well with my OS since im seeing winsys32.sys after some crashes, but im not really sure. I was watching youtube videos some of these crashes, listening to music, watching a movie, nothing really advance. Thanks.

UPDATE: Got 2 more, not sure if this helps but thought it could be useful http://www.mediafire.com/file/oggzwknv4ydgz3n/MiniDump2.rar

ASio.sys is from 2012, it can be part of AI Suite, PC Probe 2 or GPU Tweak 2, all of which are Asus programs.
Perhaps update Netgear drivers as well, they from 2012

Scarlet crush itself hasn't been updated since 2015 so hard to ask for newer drivers for it :)

npfs.sys has been effected twice. npfs = named pipe file system. what it does is allow processes to act as peer to peer clients, so makes sense it crashed Discord & Chrome. The 2 programs being internet based makes me think it could be that old netgear driver setting it off.

Named pipes can be used to provide communication between processes on the same computer or between processes on different computers across a network. If the server service is running, all named pipes are...

You do have the latest version of BIOS installed according to the website here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/Z97A/

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

Update/remove Asus AI Suite
update logitech web cam drivers if they exist
update logitech gaming software
update scarlet crush
update drivers for wireless USB adapter - this might be whats causing Avast to crash

Do you use a Bluetooth device as you sure have enough Broadcomm Bluetooth drivers on there and Asus Z97-A doesn't have it onboard (My Asus Z97 Pro WiFi does though, why I had to look)

Bad Pool Caller errors can be a sign of bad ram, try running memtest86 on one stick at a time, as any errors it finds are too many. The only score you want it 0 errors. If you find errors, remove or replace the ram stick
