Building a new PC, advice needed.

Solution
Then try to get a Ryzen 5 1600 if it's not overpriced(and if you haven't purchased the Z270 board yet). The K chips from Intel are really meant for high refresh rate gaming, i.e., 144+ Hz. For 60 Hz, it's best you go with a Ryzen 5 1600 with a B350 board - better value, equal performance(at 60 Hz).

If you already have the board and/or CPU, then this advice wouldn't be for you. That system is still great for gaming, at least currently. But why are you getting a GTX 1080 for 1080p 60 Hz? That's overkill.
Why aren't you getting more RAM? This looks like a high-end system, and 16 GB is essential for a system of this level. Other than that, compatibility doesn't seem to be a problem. Also, if you haven't purchased the parts already, I'd highly suggest you to wait till October 5 and get a Coffee Lake CPU and a Z370 motherboard instead of this. The i7 8700K will be a much better CPU overall, for gaming as well as productivity, than either a 6700K or a 7700K.

In the country that I live in, all of this costs too much money, and I can't afford new parts. I put on only 8 RAM because I will probably just upgrade it. I waited SOO long for a new PC, I can't and don't want to wait any longer...I can't afford new parts because they're just too expensive.
