So my pc froze when I launched game, started acting weird did like 10 restarts pc didnt boot up. Reinstalled windows everything worked but as soon as I installed gfx drivers screen went black and it wouldnt go further than win logo on boot. Only way I could access windows normal mode is when I use DDU in safe mode. But as soon as I try installing gfx drivers same thing happens. Any help?

Yeah, odds are, your GPU is toast. The stand in windows display drivers are pretty bare bones. My guess is what ever is broken isn't enabled or pushed hard enough to cause problems before you install the drivers.
