If your friend is ok with overclocking, something like this should do very well. Would recommend spending and extra $40-50 for a 1080ti with better cooling, but other than that, this should work quite well

Well, I may not express myself completely. It is for a friend, has plans to use it for gaming, and edit some photographs and normal use. It does not need peripherals, but a monitor yes.

There's also the 8700k to look at, which is available in about a week, but that will add an additional $100-150. Probably will add an extra 15-20% performance increase in games depending on how well it overclocks
