So I had an issue with my PC where in certain games I would get an awful buzzing noise even when the game was restriced under 60fps. A lot of people said it was the gpu coil whine so finally after weeks of getting on their backs, I managed to get the merchant to refund me. And I got a new card (I went from Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1080 to Asus Rog Strix 1070). Only issue is that I am still having the exact same noise so I am almost certain it isn't just bad coil whine luck. I have also replaced my PSU once before and it didn't help (it's an evga 650w gold so surely it can't just be a poor quality psu issue?). So basically I am now stuck. What should I try next? A different type of psu? Some different settings? Switch motherboard? I am getting so stressed over this issuem I have had the pc 3 months and cant play it. Please give me anything settings wise I can try first to see if it's somehow causing a noise first and then I'll try swappings bits. System is:
