Help needed for a first time PC builder...

I am a first time PC builder and I was wondering if the PC builds that I have put together have any compatibility issues or there are better components that I could use. I put the builds on Kit: https://kit.com/Dawg/1000-budget-setup and https://kit.com/Dawg/800-budget-setup. If anybody has any advice I would really appreciate it.

On the 1st build I see your using a 550 watt power supply in my opinion is a bit slim for a 1070 another thing if you can push for an r5 1600 instead of 1500x it's definitely worth it the 1600 is a beast that's what's in my system

Avoid EVGA B3. Tom's tested two units from this line (450 W and 850 W) and both failed OPP test quite miserably.

Thank you Cdog042501 an R5 1600 is just to much money and do you think that a 600 watt PSU would work or do you think I need to go for a 700 watt.
