New build and it boots to bios without pushing delete key. All new hardware. No OS installed yet. Boot order set to Optical drive, SSD, Hard drive. No American Megatrends screen first. Just goes straight to Bios set up. This does not seem right to me. I am using a older board Asus Z97-E USB3.1. I read somewhere about having the CPU fan headers connected wrong might cause this. I have a Fractile pump and radiator installed. I don't want to install Windows till I am sure about this. Please any help will be appreciated. I know there is alot of posted questions on this subject but not about this specific problem. Thank You.

Not sure why you'd expect an american megatrends screen when it runs uefi by default.
I'm sure in bios you could find an option to show full boot process but what you're seeing is normal with no OS or boot able device installed.
