Hello,
I have been saving some money for a few months now and I'm planning on upgrading my PC for the first time, I've searched around reddit and forums here and I'm wondering if the parts I'm considering on buying for a 400€ budget is worth it or if there's any other significant upgrades / improvements for my pc.
My current specs are:
CPU: i3-4130 3.4ghz
MB: ASUS H81M-E
GPU: GTX 750 TI
RAM: 2x4gb ddr3 (2133hz, I believe)
PSU: shitty PowerMan 450W~
the rest I don't really remember, apologies!

Now note, I'm mostly planning to play Overwatch on low settings (720p) to maximize performance and I'm planning to play games like pubg/Fornite in the future. The parts I'm considering on buying are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2Ghz HexaCore SktAM4 209,90€
MB: Gigabyte SktAM4 - AB350M-GAMING 3 100€
RAM: Dimm 8GB DDR4 G.Skill CL15 2400Mhz Aegis 79,90 € -OR- Dimm 8GB DDR4 Kingston CL14 3200Mhz HyperX Predator 99,90€
Total: 410€~
- And - around christmas I might be able to upgrade my 750ti GPU for a 1060ti~

What are you guys opinions? Should I buy these parts or are there perhaps better options?
Thank you!

Yeah should be a nice build. You might consider the ASRock ab350m pro 4 too, I have one and it is a solid board and less expensive than the Gigabyte. And I would get the faster RAM too because it will raise fps if you upgrade to a faster gpu later, but I'm no expert, just have seen some benchmarks on a couple videos I watched when I was researching my own ryzen 1600 build.
