So as the title says, when I play demanding games, my computer turns itself off with no prior warning almost as if I turned it off at the plug. I have done a lot of testing with this myself and have browsed a few forums and threads to figure it out.
So far, I think the problem could be due to overheating as I took a desk fan and pointed it at my computer and then some games that previously weren't playable became playable again, and if I forget to turn on the fan it can overheat whilst watching youtube or browsing the internet. I then downloaded speccy to test the temperatures, my CPU didn't go above 30C, same for motherboard, but when my pc turned off, it was consistently when my GPU was at 65-70C, and generally it runs at 50C. My friend recommended that I downloaded MSI Afterburner and turn the fan speed up. I did this and turned the fan speed to 100% and now the resting temp of my GPU is 34C, but during a gaming session my PC still turned off. I have tried cleaning my PC thoroughly with compressed air and I have removed a lot of dust doing it. I also don't have details about the temp of my GPU with fan speed at 100% when playing demanding games because I haven't tested it properly yet. Here is a screenshot of Speccy and Afterburner for my resting temps and PC build.

List of games that I know make it turn off:
Divinity original sin 2
Dark souls III
Golf with your friends (Idk why either)
Guns of Icarus (only at high graphics settings though)
Offworld Trading Company
XCOM 2
Warhammer End Times - Vermintide
Some games that don't make it turn off:
Heroes of the Storm
Minecraft
Dishonored 1
Planet Coaster
Dark Souls 1
Tabletop Simulator
League of Legends
Terraria
Rocket League
All source engine games
I tried to give as much information as possible, but if I missed anything let me know as this is my first time posting here. Any help would be much appreciated
