Is this normal? Im using Rx 580,Ryzen 1600 and Corsair 550w bronze. My GPU has terrible coil whine in all games, tried everything , limiting fps, undervolting, overclocking, but didnt do anything. Im 100% sure its coming from the gpu and not the psu. It sounds really high pitched, so loud I can hear it from another room. Do I file an rma? Is there anything I can do?
