Hi guys my computer restarts when playing games.
At first it restart only on assassins creed IV black flag i uninstalled that i because it restart after i played for only 5 minutes and now it happens even in dota2 and nba but for both it is random.
And i hear the case fan making noise.
I know that maybe this is a psu problem but just want to check with you guys before i buy.
I did the following

Update when i touch the case it is grounded it has a electricity so i tried to remove the mother board and then put some electrical tape on the screw under it but it is still grounded.

mem check
check disk
run aida64 for 10minutes it didn't restart
reapply thermal paste my cpu temp is high even after i've done this.
CPU temp when playing dota2 is around 60-65
when idle it's around 30-40
