i dunno about the win 10 part but you're wrong about the 270
with a BIOS update, the H110 can be paired with G4560 just fine [but do remember that u'll need a skylake CPU to upgrade the BIOS, or just ask a local store to upgrade it :)]

PS:
If you haven’t heard Intel’s Kaby Lake processors do not support Windows 7 or 8.1, at least not officially. As such this has caused a heap of confusion and when I announced I had a G4560 for testing the most commonly question I was asked was, could I test it using Windows 7.

Microsoft office? ez
music recording? should be ez enough
gaming? depends on the games though, some games use more than 2 GB VRAM on high settings so u'll have to tune down when that comes to it

also, i suggest on upgrading the PSU (the info is pretty scarce on that model + 300w is too bare minimum)
get something like CX450M which should be good enough for your rig :)
