is there any way to format the usb back to ntfs or fat32?
i do not have any other os and i always format the usb to ntfs.

Solution
It's probably best your USB flash drive be formatted with the exFAT or FAT32 system, preferably the former. You could format the USB drive with the NTFS file system if you had some special reason for doing so but as a general proposition the exFAT or FAT32 formats are preferable. Now I don't know if this will cause some problem with using the device with your cell phone, so check that out.

Is there any data on the flash drive that you need? Assuming there is not, just format the USB drive in Disk Management. Have you tried that but ran into some problem?
