Looking to upgrade CPU

Hello So i have been Searching for a budget friendly CPU and i narrowed it down to two CPU's Im getting either Ryzen 3 1200 or the Intel G4560 Im thinking about getting the Intel G4560 because it is cheaper and still around the same performance But i need the MOBO and ram so if u guys can can u list Both Ryzen 3 1200 + Ram and the Intel G4560 + ram i looking for cheap ram and mobo's but still good so like around 50-70 Bucks on the mobo and some cheap ram that is still good so for an example like this

Ryzen 3 1200
MOBO - (blank)
RAM - (blank)

Intel G4560
MOBO (blank)
RAM - (blank)

and if there is any other good cpu's under 110$ say them i love playing PUBG but i get around 40 fps sometimes 30 i want a good Cpu that can go on par with my GTX 1050TI

$110 r3 1200 has a passmark rating of 6857 and a single thread rating of 1717.
A very decent budget gamer.
The G4560 has a rating of 4930/1984.
Better for most games that depend on a fast single thread, but, not as good for multiplayer games which likes more threads.
G4560 word is out that it is a great budget cpu and the price may be inflated.
Perhaps a better comparison to the r3-1200 might be the equally priced i3-7100 , passmark (5862/2228)
G4600 or G4620 are in between options.

a 2 stick kit of 2 x 4gb ddr4 ram will be the same cost, about $65.
Intel does not care much about ram speed or compatibility.
For ryzen double check with a ram vendor that your ram is compatible with the selected motherboard.

I am more familiar with intel than ryzen.
The cheapest motherboard for kaby lake will be a H110 based motherboard IF you get fresh stock with the enabling bios already installed. Those made after 12/2016 will be ok.
To be certain, buy a B250 motherboard.
Any will do, they start around $65.

Go with the Ryzen. You loose out a little on the single thread heavy games (not much, the Ryzen cpus hold out IPC about the same as Intel Haswell cpus, stock) but it has stronger 4thread ability and games are loosing out to multiple thread abilities more commonly.
