So I just built my computer and it boots into windows and it works fine for about 5-10 mins and then it just suddenly freezes and I have to manually restart it I disabled everything that effects its boot up but that still doesn't fix the problem
Here are my specs.
Intel Core i3-7100 7th Gen
WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Hard Drive
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (4GBx2)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MSI Gaming Intel Skylake H110 LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard (H110M Gaming)
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050
EVGA 500 W power supply

Solution
Hmm. Then it could be that your CPU infact is damaged somehow.
It can be that you have just been very very unlucky and gotten a damaged chip straight from the factory...

RMA it and get a new one.

31c - 40c

I'm not exactly sure I'm using MSi afterburner to look at the temps there is four CPU temperatures but they are all about the same

Yes it did that before but it's weird now, now that I have been using it for a while now the time has gone up normally when I turn it on 5 or 10 mins later it would freeze now I was running a graphically intensive game and it froze like 30 mins after I turned it on so I'm a little confused now

make sure the mobo bios is up to date

your cpu cooler might have been improperly set
