Ive had the HP Pavilion (dono exactly what model) for a few years now but recently ive notice when playing game and doing other performance requiring stuff that the stupid thing wont clock higher the (20%) 0.45GHz when its max speed is 2.39GHz. I had a look into the bios and its like Auschwitz in there. So limiting. If I'm lucky I can change the date and time. I have absolutely no idea what to do from here any suggestion?
