Looks good but I'd wait until the 5th when Coffee Lake releases. In that price bracket hopefully the i5 8600k (6 core) will be an option worth looking at. Until the benchmarks are out we won't know how it performs but I'm expecting it to be close to or even slightly ahead of the 7700k. As this looks like a gaming build it may be worth waiting, Intels stronger IPC benefits games.
