My dedicated and total availabel graphics memory both are showing less.

My brand new laptop model is lenovo v510-151KB.Its spec are,Ram:8gb,hdd:1tb,graphics:amd radeon m430 2gb,cpu:core i7 6th gen.My dedicated memory and total system memory both are showing less.My dedicated memory was 2048 mb but somehow it has decreased to 128 mb and my total available memory was 6004 mb but somehow it is showing 4084 mb.But my shared system memory is same 3956 mb.My question is what should i do to increase both of my dedicated memory and total available graphics memory?Thanks in advance.
